The trainer
I was born in France and grew up in Portugal. I have been teaching yoga in Barcelona for over 14 years, with accreditation from the Generalitat de Catalunya and registered with ROPEC since 2015.
I have supported women through pregnancy and postpartum for years. This training comes from that accumulated experience and the desire to pass on what I know to those who want to do the same.
I teach through listening, adaptation and respect for the body. There is no single way to do things: there is the way that works for the person in front of you.

Anna
"Extraordinaria profesional. Seria y rigurosa en su práctica y en la enseñanza. Invita a la superación, el aprendizaje y el desarrollo personal. La sigo desde hace 9 años."
