See classesYoga is not just about moving the body. It changes your relationship with yourself. And when that changes, everything else follows.
Your body changes
You sleep better, have more energy, eat differently. Because your relationship with your body has changed.
Your mind changes
Less anxiety, less stress, less mental noise. More clarity to make decisions and more presence in everything you do. A calm mind performs better in every way.
Your inner voice changes
That voice that sabotages, that postpones, that says you cannot. The practice teaches you not to believe it and to trust yourself more. Imposter syndrome loses its grip.
Your relationships change
With your partner, your children, your colleagues. Because when you relate better to yourself, you relate better to everyone.
You become more effective
At work, at home, in life. Because a calm mind performs better. You achieve your goals because you stop getting in your own way.
You achieve your goals
You sleep better, have more energy, and eat differently. Because your relationship with your body has changed.
Yoga does not give you all of this at once. It comes with consistency, time and practice. But what changes, changes for real.
A myth worth breaking
Nobody starts flexible. Flexibility, mobility and strength are the result of practice, not a requirement to begin. If you wait until you are flexible to do yoga, you will never start.
Flexibility and mobility
The kind you need in daily life, not the Instagram kind. Your body learns to move better in every direction.
Strength and muscle tone
In a functional way, without machines or weights. A strength you feel in the body and in your posture.
Circulation and oxygenation
Improves circulation throughout the whole body. More energy, less heaviness, better recovery.
Hormonal balance
Chronic stress disrupts hormones. Regular practice rebalances them. When the nervous system calms, everything else improves.
You age more slowly
Yoga slows the degeneration of the body. It keeps joints mobile, muscles active and the mind sharp. It does not stop time, but it changes how you live it.
The only condition to start is wanting to start.
I was born in France and grew up in Portugal. My connection with yoga started early, through a family member who practised Ashtanga. That sparked a curiosity that over time became a central part of my life.
When I moved to Barcelona, my practice deepened. I completed my first teacher training in 2010 and shortly after began teaching at the same school where I had trained, staying there for over 12 years and working with students of all levels and backgrounds.
Over the years I have practised and taught traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Dharma Yoga. My teaching is based on listening, adapting and respecting the body.
I hold the professional accreditation in Yoga Instruction granted by the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Spanish Ministry of Education. Since 2015 I have been registered as a sports professional in the official register of professionals in Catalonia (ROPEC).
For me, yoga is not just a practice. It is a long-term process of transformation, awareness and connection, with yourself and with others.
When your relationship with yourself changes, everything else follows.
You stop putting yourself last
You finally make yourself a priority. Not out of selfishness, but because you understand that to be good to others, you first need to be good to yourself.

Hatha yoga is the foundation of everything. Ha is the sun, tha is the moon, and in practice we seek that balance between what activates us and what calms us, between effort and ease.
We hold the postures for several breaths, with time to feel, to adjust, to simply be. No rush. Suitable for beginners and for those who have been practising for years and want to return to the foundations.
For those who want to move a little more. Each movement flows from the breath to the next, creating a continuous and conscious sequence. These classes have more rhythm, build heat and work on strength and coordination.
Music accompanies the movement and helps to quiet the mind and trust the body. Great for those who already know a little yoga and are looking for something more dynamic without losing depth.
My favourite space. A study and practice class in the Ashtanga Vinyasa method where the goal is for you to understand what you are doing and why. Not just to execute the sequence, but to understand it from within.
I explain each posture in detail: how to enter, how to exit, what is happening in the body. We work on transitions with the same attention, because the way you arrive at a posture is part of the posture.
I guide the whole group simultaneously through the Primary Series, counting each posture and each vinyasa in Sanskrit and setting the breathing rhythm for everyone. We move together, breathe together, arrive at the same time.
Practising as a group with the same rhythm generates a collective energy that supports you and allows you to go a little further than you would alone. Good for those who already know the Primary Series and want to work on rhythm and endurance.
The 7am classes are online only and have something special about them: you never know exactly what is going to happen. One day Hatha, another Vinyasa, another Ashtanga. It depends on the moment, the energy, what the day calls for.
The idea is to start the morning moving, breathing and connecting with yourself before the noise of the day begins. A living practice that changes, that surprises. If you want to start from a different place, these classes are for you.
Pregnancy changes everything. Prenatal yoga accompanies that process with safe and respectful movements, designed for each stage of pregnancy.
We work on hip opening, the pelvic floor and the back to relieve the most common discomforts. Conscious breathing is one of the most important tools, both for connecting with the baby and for preparing body and mind for birth.
And I mean birth preparation seriously: breathing techniques, pain management, visualisation and coaching tools so you arrive at that moment with confidence and strength. Birth is also something you prepare for, train for and experience from within.
It is also a space of calm and community, where you can be the centre, ask questions and share the journey with other women going through the same thing.
The postpartum period is new territory. The body has just done something enormous and needs time, care and conscious movement to recover. The first focus in these classes is recovery of the pelvic floor, the abdominal muscles and the tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back.
And with the baby on the mat. There are moments of movement for the mother, moments of contact with the baby and moments where everything mixes together, and that is fine too. The bond is built like that: in shared movement, in eye contact, in touch.
This space is also a community. A place where you do not have to explain anything, where you can come as you are and where you will find other mothers at exactly the same stage.

The practice
The pregnancy sessions are active, with exercises that help you arrive at birth in great shape. The postnatal sessions help you reconnect with your body and feel more supported in this new stage. I recommend her 100%.
An extraordinary professional. Serious and rigorous in her practice and her teaching. She encourages growth, learning and personal development. I have followed her for 9 years and it is always a pleasure to learn with her.
Alexandra teaches tough but excellent classes. I trained with her for many years and she was always my favourite teacher. When I got pregnant I did prenatal yoga with her and those classes were brilliant too.
Her classes bring energy, vitality, strength, flexibility, endurance and calm. A cocktail of good things that help me feel better with myself, and therefore with others.
Every class reflects her long experience and deep knowledge. She adapts easily to each person's individual needs and always delivers results. Highly recommended.
My teacher for 5 years. Great classes and excellent adjustments. She creates wonderful group harmony and allows every student to progress at their own pace. Highly recommended.
