A space
to come
back to yourself.
A retreat as a necessary pause. Time away from the daily rhythm to deepen your practice, your silence and your relationship with yourself.
A retreat is not a vacation.
It’s giving yourself the space you normally never give yourself.
Slowing down. Breathing differently. Sleeping better. Coming back to your body. Practicing yoga without looking at the clock and sharing a few days with people who, very often, are looking for the same thing as you: reconnection.
Every retreat is different because every group is different. Sometimes there is more silence, other times more laughter, movement or introspection. The important thing is not doing it “perfectly”. It’s how you feel when you finally step away from the noise of everyday life.
For me, a retreat is not only about yoga. It’s about creating a beautiful, thoughtful and genuine space where you can feel good, slow down and come back to yourself.
What I create
When I organise a retreat I choose the space very carefully. The place matters. Practising in a farmhouse with centuries of history is not the same as anywhere else.
Each retreat has its own rhythm, its own intention and its own community. What matters is that there is real time for practice, for silence and for connection.
The programme combines asana practice, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy and free time. A careful balance between structure and freedom.
Retreats are announced in advance on this website and on Instagram. Each edition has very limited places to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience.
If you would like to receive information about upcoming retreats before they are publicly announced, write to me and I will add you to the waiting list.

What I offer
As well as organising my own retreats, I collaborate as a guest teacher at retreats organised by others. An opportunity to bring my practice and my way of teaching to different communities and contexts.
If you are organising a retreat and looking for a teacher, I can contribute in different ways: a class, a themed workshop, a talk on yoga philosophy, a meditation or pranayama session. Each collaboration is designed around the needs of the retreat and the group.
If you are organising a retreat and looking for a teacher, or if you want information about my upcoming retreats, write to me.
